Jimin of BTS has announced his solo debut, 'FACE,' which will be released on Friday, March 24th.

BTS member Jimin has announced the release of his new solo album, "Face," on March 24 via Big Hit Music.

The announcement of Jimin's first full-length solo project came in the form of a short video clip that revealed the title of the record, which, according to a press release, refers to "Jimin facing himself head-on as he prepares for his next steps."Jimin first teased the album earlier this month during a Weverse live broadcast. "I'm currently preparing many things that I can do with you guys around that time," he said, according to Soompi. "I'm planning a variety of activities for us to enjoy ourselves and have fun together, so I think you can look forward to it."

Jimin previously collaborated with BigBang member Taeyang on the track "Vibe," which marked Jimin's first official release since BTS announced a break from group releases to allow the K-pop singers time to focus on solo endeavors. Jimin has previously performed solo on the songs "Lie" and "Serendipity," as well as on the album "Lie."
